From the bedroom to the study furniture, they're expertly crafted pieces that will never go out of style. Favorite details include lathe-turned legs, solid wood bun feet and oversized wooden knobs made for little hands. HOW IT IS CONSTRUCTED Expertly crafted from solid poplar, birch veneers and MDF (medium density fiberboard). Masterfully crafted with a kiln-dried solid wood frame and frame-and-panel construction for structural integrity. Kiln-dried wood helps prevent warping, splitting, cracking and developing mildew. The use of veneers results in high-quality furniture with flawless surfaces and consistent color tones. Our exclusive finishes are applied by hand for exceptional richness, durability and depth of color. GREENGUARD Gold Certified to contribute to healthier indoor air, keeping you and your family safer. DETAILS THAT MATTER Includes 2 guardrails for the top bunk and a solid wood ladder. Ladder can be built on either the right or left side of the bunk. A bunk mattress (all mattresses are sold separately) must be used on both the upper and lower bunks; do not use a box spring on either bunk. Slat-roll foundation on lower bunk is designed for use without a box spring. Includes 2 finials for each headboard when bunk is separated into 2 individual twin beds. Top and Bottom bed accommodate a twin size mattress. Optional trundle (sold separately) can be used under lower bunk without a mattress for extra storage.
